Promoted by a well established, multy – crores turnover business group with a widely diversified business portfolio comprising Chit Funds, Banking and Jewellery Business. The firm was incepted in a modest way in 1957 by Sri K.E.Vasudevapanicker, Kunnathukalathil, Kumarakom, a respectable person from an ancient family. He started it with the main object of conducting various Chit Schemes catering to different categories of people in society. In order to widen its horizons, the firm entered into Banking business by 1970. It took up a major diversification in 1996 by opening a Jewellery showroom located in the heart of Kottayam town.
